By downloading, installing, or using any applications built by Pythogen—including ClipDeck and Canvas—you agree to these Terms of Use. These applications are developed and managed under Pythogen and Canvas macOS Development.

1. License & Usage

Our applications are utilities designed for compatible Apple macOS devices. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to download and utilize our executables strictly for private personal use. No reverse-engineering or decompilation is allowed.

2. Responsibilities & Local Security

Because our applications operate completely locally and offline on your computer, you are solely responsible for securing your physical device. We strongly recommend enabling macOS FileVault to ensure that cached clipboard history (ClipDeck) and custom dynamic library bookmarks (Canvas) remain encrypted at rest.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Pythogen and Canvas macOS Development shall not be held liable for any data loss, performance degradation, hardware issues, or battery impact arising from the use of our applications.

While we build high-performance components (like AVFoundation video rendering layers and Accessibility clipboard triggers), we cannot guarantee flawless execution across all third-party screen setups or background application monitors due to evolving sandboxing requirements on macOS.
